Microbiology Lab

For more than 35 years the hospital has had a special camera for microbiology. This was the first TB laboratory in Ecuador. The State has taken full responsibility for TB testing. Now we are using this equipment for testing of the various fungi found here in the jungle region. To do this properly we need to fix and/or replace filters and the fan motor so that we can be fully certified by the State for this kind of testing, as well as being safe for our personel.
