Every month we have a staff meeting

Every month we have a staff meeting about how to select the trash to keep the environment cleaner. This month we work about conflict solution within the team and with customers. In groups we prepared a solution and then "acted out" the conflict and the best solution in front of the whole group. Lots of fun despite the serious theme. We are always learning and growing.
